THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 13, 2001 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26-m STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.

2. Presentation regarding the Bryan-College Station Boys & Girls Club.
3. Discussion relative to Arbitrage Liability.
4. Adjourn.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
FEBRUARY 13, 2001
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at
10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, February 13, 2001, with the following
members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to hear
and discuss the following:
1. A presentations about the Bryan-College
Station Boys & Girls Club by Ron Schmidt, Steven
Steele, Ron Rohlett and Ronnie Hale. They asked
for $50,000.00 in funding to target first time
juvenile offenders.
2. The County Auditor discussed the County's
arbitrage liability as it relates to the 1998
Certificates of Obligation Issue.
