WORKSHOP AGENDA
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
TUESDAY, OCTOBER 31, 2000 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26M STREET, SUITE 115,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
Items to be discussed are:
I. Selling of County Clerk's Office records.
2. Contracting directly with David K. Young regarding the administration of the Cafeteria
Plan.
3. Maintenance Agreement costs for County copiers.
4. Approval process for capital funds items.
5. Printing of business forms for County offices.
The courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any requests for
sign interpretive services must be received two business days before the meeting. To make

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
OCTOBER 31, 2000
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at
10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, October 31, 2000, with the following
members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ami Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the following topics:
1) Selling of County Clerk's office
records. Commissioner Sims will contact
Patricia Meronoff and have her get in
touch with Jennifer Gilchrist, Associate
General Counsel with the Texas
Association of Counties.
2) Contracting directly with David K. Young
in reference to the administration of
the Cafeteria Plan. This will be an
agenda item for the Commissioners Court
meeting to be held November 4, 2000.
3) Maintenance Agreement costs for County
copiers.
4) Approval process for capital funds
items.
5) Printing of business forms for County
