Call to Order and Introductions. 2. Welcome. 3. Pledge of Allegiance. 4. Dinner to be served for officials at 6:45 p.m. 5. Presentation, discussion and possible action on cooperative joint projects by College Station City Manager Tom Brymer and Bryan City Manager Mike Conduff. 6. Overview, discussion and possible action on agenda for joint council retreat scheduled for July 14 and 15, 2000 at G. Rollie White Conference Center. 7. Adjourn. To make arrangements, call (979) 361-4102. 1 h COMMISSIONERS' COURT JOINT MEETING JUNE 14, 2000 v' r The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a joint meeting with the City of Bryan and the City of College Station at the Brazos Center in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 6:30 p.m. on Wednesday, June 14, 2000, with the following members of the Court present: Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding; Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent; Wm.S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4; Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk. The attached sheet contains the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. Mayor Lynn McIlhaney called the College Station City Council to order. Mayor Lonny Stabler called the Bryan City Council to order. The County Judge called the Commissioners Court to order. T. Mayor Stabler welcomed all attendees and led the Pledge of Allegiance. Commissioner Sims gave the invocation. Tom Brymer, City Manager for College Station and Mike Condiff, City Manager for the City of Bryan gave a presentation on cooperative joint projects. The Cities discussed the agenda for the joint council retreat scheduled for July 14 and 15, 2000 at G. Rollie White Conference Center. The County Judge thanked the City Managers for their presentation and bringing the Court up to date on the joint projects the Cities are working on. Ir Mayor Stabler thanked everyone for coming and the meeting was adjourned.
