COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 29, 1994
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00
a.m. on Thursday, December 29, 1994, with the following
members of the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant
Ed Dobbins Maintenance
Jim Hiney B/CS Eagle
Commissioner Sims gave the invocation and led the pledge
of-allegiance.
The Court first considered approval of the minutes of the
Commissioners' Court meetings held December 22, 1994 and
December 27, 1994. On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded
by Commissioner Sims, the Court voted unanimously to approve
the minutes as submitted.
There were no Budget Amendments to consider.
The Court proceeded to consider the change of status of
the following employees.

Lisenbe, Kellie Sheriff's Office New Employee
Alonzo, Lorenzo Sheriff's Office Promotion
Kirk, Christopher Sheriff's Office Transfer
Rubio, Agustin G. Sheriff's Office Termination
on motion by Commissioner Sims, seconded by Commissioner
Norton, the Court voted unanimously to approve the changes as
submitted. `
There were no Claims to consider
Commissioner Sims along with Commissioner Norton
presented plaques of appreciation to the outgoing members of

the Court, Commissioners Turner and Wilcox and Judge
Holmgreen. Commissioner Sims thanked the out going members of
the Court for their service and wished them well in the years

There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
