THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT WIM MEET IN SPECIAL SESSION ON MONDAY,
NOVEMBER 21, 1984 AT 8:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM OF THE
BRALOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 1151 BRYAN,
TEXAS. '

3. Consider and take action on approval of appointment of Roy Villarreal as a
non-paid deputy for Precinct 4 Constable.

4; Consider and take action on the calling of a Public Hearing for Monday,
'December 12, 1994 at 10:30 A. M. regarding abandonment of a portion of Hicks
Lane u} Precinct 3.
5. Consider and take action on the acceptance of four (4) Easement Grants for
the expansion to Dilly. Shaw Tap Road in Precinct 2.
6. Consider and take action on the acceptance of Easement Grant for the
expansiop to Jones Road in Precinct 4.
7. Consider and take action on personnel change of status.
8. Consider and take action on payment of claims.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 21, 1994
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00
a.m. on Monday, November 21, 1994, with the following members
of the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:

Commissioner Sims gave the invocation and led the pledge
of allegiance.
The Court next considered a request from Constable
Precinct 4, Duane Peters, to appoint Roy G. Villarreal as
Reserve Deputy Constable Precinct 4. On motion by
Commissioner Wilcox, seconded by Commissioner Norton, the
Court voted unanimously to approve the request from Constable
Precinct 4, Duane Peters, to appoint Roy G. Villarreal as
Reserve Deputy Constable Precinct 4.
The County Judge announced the Court would hold a Public
Hearing to consider the abandonment of a portion of Hicks Lane%,
in Precinct 3. The hearing will be held in the Commissioners
Courtroom on Monday, December 12, 1994 at 10:30 a.m.
The next matter for consideration by the Court was
acceptance of four easement grants conveyed to Brazos County

as easement for the purpose of expanding and improving Dilly
Shaw Tap in Precinct 2. On motion by Commissioner Wilcox,
seconded by Commissioner Sims, the Court voted unanimously to
authorize the County Judge to accept the easement grants from
Ila L. Schram, Brenda L. Pitts and Carolyn L. Bonifazi (tracts
lla, 0.69 acres and llb, 0.14 acres), "Joe" M. Bonifazi and
Carolyn L. Bonifazi for 0.04 acres and Charlene S. Campbell
for 0.79 acres for the expansion and improvements to Dilly
Shaw Tap Road located in Precinct 2.
The next matter for consideration by the Court was
acceptance of an easement grant conveyed to Brazos County as
easement for the purpose of expanding and improving Jones Road
in Precinct 4. On motion by Commissioner Wilcox, seconded by
Commissioner Sims, the Court voted unanimously to authorize
the County Judge to accept the easement grant from Alphus
Henry Cothern and Dorothy Mae Cothern for 0.325 acres for the
expansion of Jones Road located in Precinct 4.
The Court proceeded to consider the change of status of
the following employees.

On motion by Commissioner Norton, seconded by Commissioner
Turner, the Court voted unanimously to approve the changes and
to stipulate no six month increase for Linda Trail.
The Court next considered the following Claims as
submitted by the County Treasurer for payment:

Commissioner Sims questioned claim #27249 which was
payment for a membership to Sam's Club. After much
discussion, it was decided that Judge Delaney get a personal
Sam's Club card that carries the option to make taxable and
tax exempt purchases. On motion by Commissioner Norton,
seconded by Commissioner Turner, the Court voted unanimously
to approve the Claims as submitted with the execption of claim
number 27249.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Public
Hearing held November 21, 1994 have been examined and are
approved in open Court this the day of
