COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING

NOVEMBER 16, 1992
The County Judge reconvened the meeting of the
Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas at 1:00 p.m. on
November 16, 1992 in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, with the following
members of the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant
Jim Mazurkiewicz Extension Agent
Claude Davis Judge County Court at Law #I
Holland Winder County Engineer

The Court reconvened to consider various professional
memberships paid for by the county. The purpose of the
meeting was to determine what memberships were necessary or
advantageous to the office. The Court heard commentary from
various office holders explaining the necessity of keeping
certain memberships and which memberships they could cancel or
pay for themselves. The Court heard from Jim Mazurkiewicz,
Extension Agent, Claude Davis, Judge, County Court at Law #I
and Holland Winder, County Engineer.
There being no further business to come before the Court,

the meeting was adjourned.
