SPECIAL MEETING
NOVEMBER 6, 1992
The County Judge reconvened the meeting of the
Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas at 10:00 a.m. on
Monday, November 6, 1992 in the Commissioners' Courtroom in
the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, with the
following members of the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:

The County Judge reconvened the meeting from November 3,
1992. Dr. Colunga gave the Court two options. Those being:
1. Postpone due to the absence of two Commissioners.
2. Allow IBM to defend its bid.
It was the consensus of the Court to adjourn the meeting
and reschedule on Wednesday, November 11, 1992 at 1:30 p.m. to
allow the full Court the opportunity to consider the matter.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
