Dr. Colunga gave each member of the Court a copy of his
recommendations on the proposals for Brazos County's RFP #92-
626 entitled: "Unix-Based Computer and Associated
Internetworking Support Hardware and Software." He then gave
a visual presentation explaining the reasons for his
recommendations. He recommended awarding the contract to
Hewlett Packard and renegotiate to reduce costs.
It was the consensus of the Court that no decision be
made at this time and to recess the meeting until Friday,
November 6, 1992 at 10:00 a.m.. That would allow Dr. Colunga
time to negotiate with Hewlett Packard and give the Court time
to study the recommendation.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was recessed.
