AND AGENDA
BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
TUESDAY, NOVEMBER 23, 1999 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26"' STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
Discussion of the following topics will be conducted:
1. Implementation of new software system.
2. Use of county-owned vehicles.
3. Developing policy relative to equipment/animals or any other personally owned
items that might be utilized in conducting county business or perceived county
business.
4. Procedures for evaluation of salaries for department heads for which the
( Commissioners Court is responsible.

The Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make

WORKSHOP SESSION
NOVEMBER 23, 1999
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at
10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, November 23, 1999, with the following
members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the the following:
1. Implementation of new software system for the
Courts.
2. Use of county owned vehicles.
3. Developing policy concerning
