THE MEMBERS OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL
PARTICIPATE IN A TELEPHONE TRAINING CLASS TO BE CONDUCTED ON
WEDNESDAY, JULY 21,1999, AT 8:15 A.M. IN THE COURTHOUSE ANNEX COURTROOM.
The Courthouse and Annex are wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any
requests for sign interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
TRAINING SESSION
JULY 21, 1999
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Training Session in the Courthouse Annex in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas, beginning at 8:15 a.m. on Wednesday, July 21,
1999, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The Commissioners Court met in a Training Session to
learn how to operate their individual telephones on the new
telephone system.

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Training
Session held July 21, 1999, have been examined and approved in
