THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
WEDNESDAY, JUNE 23,1999 AT 9:30 A.M. IN THE 85T° DISTRICT COURTROOM OF
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26T" STREET, SUITE 225, BRYAN,
TEXAS.
1. Discussion of proposed Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation District.
2. Discussion of new state legislation concerning counties.

WORKSHOP SESSION

JUNE 23, 1999
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 5:00
p.m. on Tuesday, June 23, 1999, with the following members of
the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct'4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the following:
1. Proposed Brazos Valley Groundwater Conservation
District.
2. New state legislation concerning counties.
