WORKSHOP
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
MONDAY, MARCH 29,1999 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26= STREET, SUITE 115,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
ITEMS TO BE DISCUSSED ARE:
1. The prioritizing and funding of road and bridge projects for each precinct.
2. Construction of a truck weighing station.
The Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made two business days before the meeting. To make

COMMISSIONERS' 'COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
MARCH 29, 1999
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
a.m. on Monday, March 29, 1999, with the following members of
the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the following:
1. Prioritizing and funding of Road and Bridge
projects for each precinct.
2. Construction of a truck weighing station.
