THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
TUESDAY, MARCH 31,1998 AT 10:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 115,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
THE PURPOSE OF THE WORKSHOP IS FOR THE DISCUSSION OF CONSTRUCTION
PROJECT CLOSE -OUT FOR THE BRAZOS COUNTY JUVENILE JUSTICE CENTER.
The Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request
for sign interpretive services must be made 48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements.

WORKSHOP SESSION
MARCH 31, 1998
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
a.m. on Tuesday, March 31, 1998, with the following members of
the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the close out of the construction contract for the
Brazos County Juvenile Justice Center.
