WORKSHOP SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
TUESDAY, FEBRUARY 24, 1998 AT 10:30 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS-
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TII STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
I. Discussion of the Brazos County Animal Shelter services:
a. Rabies Control Contract
b. Shelter Service Contract (Interlocal Agreements)
c. State -and Local Laws
d. Current Service Levels and Standard Operating Procedures
(1) Sheriff
(2) Bryan Field Services
c. Citizen Requests for Other Levels of Service
2. Presentation regarding deterred compensation by representative from Valic.

WORKSHOP SESSION
FEBRUARY 24, 1998
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30
a.m. on Tuesday, February 24, 1998, with the following members
of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the following items:
1. Discussion of the Brazos County Animal
Shelter services.
2. Presentation regarding deferred
compensation by representative from
Valic.
