WORKSHOP SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
TUESDAY, AUGUST 19,1997 AT 10:30 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 115,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
The Commissioners Court will discuss the following issues:
1. Recommendation of exemption from Portability and Accountability Act.
2. Policy for regulation of dangerous wild animals in Brazos County.
3. Centralized grant processing.

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
AUGUST 19, 1997
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30
a.m. on Tuesday, August 19, 1997, with the following members
of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to
discuss the following items:
1. Recommendation of exemption from
Portability and Accountability Act as it
relates to the County Health Insurance.
2. Policy for regulation of dangerous wild
animals in Brazos County.
3. Centralized grant processing
