WORKSHOP SESSION

THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOP SESSION ON
THURSDAY, JULY 17, 1997 AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM
OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, SUITE 115, 300 EAST 26TH STREET,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Invocation - Commissioner Sims.
2. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Sims.
3. Presentation regarding the Family Practice Residency Program by Dr. Nancy W. Dickey.
4. Presentation and discussion regarding the County Retirement Program.
5. Discussion of a proposed Sick Leave Pool Policy.
6. Adjourn.
The Courthouse is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse
in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Thursday,
July 17, 1997, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
Commissioner Sims gave the invocation and led the Pledge of
Allegiance.
The Commissioners. Court met in Workshop Session to consider
the following items:
1. Presentation regarding the Family Practice
Residency Program by Dr. Nancy Dickey.
2. Presentation and discussion regarding the
County Retirement Program.
3. Discussion of a proposed Sick Leave Pool
Policy.
