Insurance Portability and Accountability Act of 1996 Regulations.

2. Presentation by Texas Energy Engineering, Inc, regarding the energy study of County
} facilities.
3. Discussion concerning a proposed Collections Department organized to collect court costs
and fines.
4. Discussion of Flood Plain Permit Guidelines.
5. Discussion of Brazos Center policies and fees.
6. Discussion of proposed "Memberships and Dues" Policy.

WORKSHOP SESSION
MAY 27, 1997
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse
in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday, ;
May 27, 1997, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Tony Jones, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Wm. S. Thornton, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of the citizens and officials in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to discuss the
following topics:
1. Presentation'by a representative from Plumhoff
