WORKSHOP SESSION
} AGENDA
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County will be conducting a workshop session on
Tuesday, July 30, 1996 at 2:00 p.m. In the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos County
Courthouse, Suite 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas.
The workshop topics are:
1. A presentation by Municipal Services Bureau on the collection of past due
accounts.
2. Extended hours voting costs.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made 48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements,

The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse
in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday,
July 30, 1996, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of citizens and officials were in
attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to discuss the
following topics:
1) A presentation by Municipal Services Bureau on the
collection of past due accounts.
2) Extended hours voting costs.
