The Commissioners Court of Brazos County will be conducting a workshop session on
Monday, July 8, 1996 at 9:00 a.m. In the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos County
Courthouse, Suite 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas.

2. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Cauley.
Topics of discussion include:
3. Employee "Comp Time."
4. 1996-97 Budget preparation issues:
a. • Salary structure.
b. Personnel requests.
c. Reductions in personnel and salaries.
d. Capital projects request list.
e. Agency funding requests.
5. Requested additions from the Juvenile Services Department for the new Juvenile Justice
Center. ,

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
JULY 8, 1996
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse
in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday,
July 8, 1996, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of citizens and officials in attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to discuss the
following items:
1. Employee "Comp Time."
2. 1996-97 Budget preparation issues:
a) Salary Structure
b) Personnel requests
c) Reductions in personnel and salaries
d) Capital projects request list
e) Agency funding requests
3. Requested additions from the Juvenile Services
Department for the new Juvenile Justice Center
There being no further business to come before the Court
the workshop was adjourned.
