WORKSHOP SESSION
AGENDA
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County will be conducting a workshop session on
Monday, June 17,1996 at 9:00 a.m. in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos County
Courthouse, Suite 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas.
The topics to be discussed are:
1. Bids submitted for Liability Insurance for Brazos County.
2. An Expo Center.
3. Capital Project items requested for new Juvenile Detention Center.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made 48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements,

WORKSHOP SESSION
JUNE 17, 1996
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a
Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse
in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday,
June 17, 1996, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of citizens and officials in attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to discuss the
following items:
1. Bids submitted for Liability Insurance for Brazos
County
2. An Expo Center
3. Capital Project items requested for new Juvenile
Detention Center
The County Judge recessed the meeting until June 18, 1996 at
8:00 a.m..

The County Judge reconvened the workshop of June 17, 1996 at
8:05 a.m. The Court discussed bids submitted for Liability
Insurance for Brazos County.
