WORKSHOP SESSION

The Commissioners Court of Brazos County will be conducting a workshop session on
Thursday, June 13, 1996 at 9:00. .am. in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos
County Courthouse, Suite 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas.
The purpose of the workshop is for the discussion of County personnel and salaries and a
revised list of capital requests for the 1996-97 County budget.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made 48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements,

Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse

in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Thursday,
June 13, 1996, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
Attached is a list of citizens and officials in attendance.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to discuss
County personnel and salaries and a revised list of capital
requests for the 1996-1997 County Budget.
