Discussion of Request for Proposals for Delinquency Tax Attorney. 4. Discussion of engaging a financial advisar for the County and offering Certificates of Obligation. 5. Presentation regarding Brazos 2020 program by Dr. Florita Griffin. 6. Adjourn. The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. I f: A I I I COMMISSIONERS' COURT WORKSHOP SESSION APRIL 16, 1996 The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00 p.m. on Tuesday, April 16, 1996, with the following members of the Court present: Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding; Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent; Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4; Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk. The following citizens and officials were in attendance: Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant Susan Gandy Admin. Asst. to County Judge John Reynolds Auditor Kay Hamilton Treasurer's Office Cheryl Turney Purchasing Sheila Walker Brazos Center Robert S. Weston Nations Bank Tony Jones Brazos County Resident M. Paul Martin Attorney Wm. S. Thornton Brazos 20/20 Ronald E. Hale Victoria Bank/Norwest Kevin O'Connor Norwest Inv. Services Inc. Commissioner Sims gave the invocation and led the pledge of allegiance. .The Court met to discuss the following topics: 1. Discussion of Request for Proposals for Delinquency Tax Attorney. 2. Discussion of engaging a financial advisor for the County and offering Certificates of obligation. 3.
