THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN AN EXECUTIVE SESSION ON
MONDAY, DECEMBER 18, 1995 AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
THIS WILL BE A CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION
551.074 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE FOR THE PURPOSE OF
INTERVIEWING APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF RISK MANAGER/SAFETY
COORDINATOR.

A meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County,
Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00
a.m. on Monday, December 18, 1995, with the following members
of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The County Judge opened the meeting at 9:14 a.m. and
announced that the Court would meet in Executive Session as
authorized by Section 551.074 of the Local Government Code for
the purpose of interviewing applicants for the position of
Risk Manager/Safety Coordinator. He then closed the meeting
at 9:16 a.m..
At 11:27 a.m. the County Judge announced the meeting open
to the public and then recessed it until December 19, 1996 at
9:00 a.m..
DECEMBER 19, 1995
The County Judge reconvened the meeting of December 18,
1995 at 9:28 a.m. to continue interviewing candidates for the
position of Risk Manager/Safety Coordinator. The Judge
announced that the Court would not meet in Executive Session
due to the prospective applicant being unable to meet with the
Court at this time and recessed the meeting until December 20,
1995.
DECEMBER 20, 1995
The County Judge reconvened the meeting at 9:00 a.m. and
announced the meeting closed at 9:07 a.m. to continue
interviewing applicants for the position of Risk
I~ Manager/Safety Coordinator.

At 9:28 a.m. the County Judge announced the meeting open
to the public and that no action would be taken on the
Executive Session.

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court
Executive Session held December 18, 19 and 20, 1995 have been
examined and are approved in open Court this the .2,2f day
