BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT SPECIAL SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A SPECIAL SESSION ON
WEDNESDAY, DECEMBER 6, 1995, AT 3:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS
THE PURPOSE OF THE SPECIAL SESSION IS FOR A PRESENTATION TO THE
COMMISSIONERS COURT BY THE EISENHOWER LEADERSHIP DEVELOPMENT
CLASS FROM TEXAS A&M UNIVERSITY.
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made 48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements,

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 6, 1995
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 3:00
p.m. on Wednesday, December 6, 1995, with the following
members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Bea Green Secretary to Commissioners
Susan Gandy Secretary to County Judge
Ernie Wentrcek Juvenile Services
Courtney J. McQien Texas A&M

Kathryn Owen Texas A&M

Arnold Vedlitz Texas A&M
The County Judge introduced Courtney McQien to those in
attendance who introduced the other members of the Eisenhower
Leadership Development Class from Texas A&M University. She
then explained the purpose of the meeting was to present their
resource on Effective County Employment: A Study of County
Personnel Systems.
The County Judge then complimented the group on their
efforts and thanked them for presenting it to the Court.
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
