BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT EXECUTIVE SESSION
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN AN EXECUTIVE SESSION ON
TUESDAY, DECEMBER 5, 1995 AT 10:30 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS
COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
THIS WILL BE A CLOSED EXECUTIVE SESSION AS AUTHORIZED BY SECTION
551.074 OF THE LOCAL GOVERNMENT CODE FOR THE PURPOSE OF
INTERVIEWING APPLICANTS FOR THE POSITION OF EXECUTIVE DIRECTOR OF
THE BRAZOS CENTER.

SPECIAL MEETING
DECEMBER 5, 1995
A meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County,
Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30
a.m. on Tuesday, December 5, 1995, with the following members
of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Absent;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Presiding ;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The Commissioner Sims opened the meeting at 10:30 a.m.
and announced that the Court would meet in Executive Session
as authorized by Section 551.074 of the Local Government Code
for the purpose of- interviewing applicants for the position of
Executive Director of the Brazos Center. The meeting was
closed to the public at 10:30 a.m.
At 4:30 p.m. the Commissioner Sims announced the meeting
open to the public and that no action would be taken on the
Executive Session.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Special
Meeting held December 5, 1995 have been examined and are
approved in open Court this the A,'4~Q day of QZ~
