BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WORKSHOP
The Brazos County Commissioners Court will conduct a workshop on Thursday. September 14,
1995 at 10:00 a.m. This workshop will be held in the Commissioners Courtroom of the Brazos
County Courthouse, 300 East 26th Street, Suite IIS, Bryan, Texas.
The program will be a presentation by Mr. Don Gray concerning the employee insurance
coverage bids.

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a workshop session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00
a.m. on Thursday, September 14, 1995, with the following
members of the Court present:

The Court met to hear a presentation by Mr. Don Gray
concerning the employee insurance coverage proposals. Mr.
Gray announced that the county had received proposals from six
agents and proceeded to review the proposals.
After lengthy discussion the County Judge thanked
everyone for attending and then declared the workshop session
adjourned.

BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT MEETING
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN REGULAR SESSION ON MONDAY,
SEPTEMBER 18'; 1995 AT 6:30 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS COURTROOM OF
THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 115, BRYAN,
TEXAS.
1. Invocation - Commissioner Sims.
2. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Sims.
3. Citizens input and/or concerns. At this time, the Judge will open the floor to citizens
wishing to address the Court on county-related Issues not scheduled on the agenda. Please
limit subject matters to five minutes. The Commissioners will receive the information,
conduct research into the matter, and/or place the matter on a future agenda for discussion.
(A recording is made of the meeting; therefore, please give your name and address for the
record.)
4. Presentation by Mr. Edsel Jones concerning the opening of the abandoned Missouri-
Pacific Railroad right-of-way as a county road.
Consider and take action on agenda items 4 - 14:
5. Personnel Change of Status.
6. Payment of claims.
7. Budget Amendment 94/95-31.
8. Contract for Joint Election with Bryan Independent School District.
9. Order for Joint Election to be held by Brazos County and the Bryan Independent School
District.
10. Posting of speed limits on Arrington Road and South Oaks Drive, South Oaks Subdivision,
in Precinct 1.
11. Permission to enter Willie Kudees property located off Kuder Road to transport several
bails of hay to be used for erosion control on Jones Road for the health, safety and welfare
of the general public. Site is located in Precinct 4.
12. Acceptance of Easement Grant from Terri A. Sandvik on the expansion and improvements
to Hicks Lane located in Precinct 3.
