BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WORKSHOP
THE COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL MEET IN A WORKSHOr SESSION ON
MONDAY. MARCH 27.1995 AT 2:00 P.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM
OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 115,
BRYAN, TEXAS.
Topics to be discussed are:
1. Demonstration of voting equipment.
2. Discuss addition of personnel.
3. Discuss storage space proposal.
4. Discuss furniture requests.
5. Discussion of New York Life's offer to provide~optional life insurance
for County employees
6. Insurance rate increase due to number of accidents (primarily vehicles).
The building is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for
sign interpretive services must be made 48 hours before the meeting. To make arrangements,

WORKSHOP SESSION
MARCH 27, 1995
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in
a workshop session in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 2:00
p.m. on Monday, March 27, 1995, with the following members of
the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.

Hart Forms and Services of Optical Scan
Tabulation System with ERS for vote
tabulation
2) Additional personnel
Computer and Network Services - one full time
employee
District Clerk - one full time temporary

Justice of the Peace Precinct 3 - make part
time employee a full time employee
3) Storage space proposal -submitted by Brazos Archives
and Security Company, Inc. for storage of
county records
4) Furniture requests
