BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas will hold a Public Hearing to consider load
posting Hickory Road and Walnut Road in Holt Hills Subdivision to 30,000 lbs. gross weight.
The site is in Precinct 1.
The place of the hearing will be the Commissioners Courtroom, Brazos County Courthouse,
Room 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas. The date of the hearing will Monday, March 27,
1995 and the time of the hearing will be 11:00 A.M.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any, for or
against load posting Hickory Road and Walnut Road in Holt Hills Subdivision to 30,000 lbs.

PUBLIC HEARING
MARCH 27, 1995
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing to consider traffic regulations on county roads
pursuant to Section 2.301 of the County Road and Bridge Act,
Art. 6702-1 subchapter D, Vernons Civil Statutes in the
Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Monday, March 27,
1995, with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Jr., Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant
Bea Green Secretary to Commissioners
Richard Vance County Engineer
Ray Crow Road and Bridge
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary
for and against the proposed load posting of Hickory Road and
Walnut Road in Holt Hills Subdivision to 30,000 lbs. gross
weight.
The County Judge noted that since there was no one in
attendance to give commentary for or against the load posting
he declared the Public Hearing closed.
