NOTICE OF PUBLIC HEARING
THE STATE OF TEXAS
COUNTY OF BRAZOS
The Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas will hold a public hearing to consider
the posting of speed limits on Weedon Loop in Precinct 3.
The place of the hearing will be the Commissioners Courtroom, Brazos County
Courthouse, Room 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas. The date of the hearing will be
Monday, March 13, 1995 and the time of the hearing will be 11:00 A.M.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any,
for or against the posting of speed limits on Weedon Loop in Precinct 3.

the naming of a formerly un-named portion of a road that attaches to Koppe Bridge Road to
Burkhalter Lane. The site is located in Precinct 1.
The place of the hearing will be the Commissioners Courtroom, Brazos County
Courthouse, Room 115, 300 East 26th Street, Bryan, Texas. The date of the hearing will be
Monday, Mar h 13, 1995 and the time of the hearing will be 11:30 A.M.
All interested persons are invited to attend said hearing and present their cause, if any,
for or against the naming of a formerly un-named portion of a road that attaches to Koppe Bridge
Road to Burkhalter Lane.

MARCH 13, 1995
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing to consider traffic Regulation on various
county roads pursuant to Section 2.301 of the County Road and
Bridge Act, Art. 6702-1 subchapter D, Vernons Civil Statutes
in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan,
Brazos County, Texas, at 11:00 m. on Monday, March 13, 1995,
with the following members of the Court present:
Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Absent;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Presiding;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant
Ray Crow Road and Bridge
Susan Gandy Secretary to County Judge
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary
for and against the proposed posting of speed limits on weedon
Loop in Precinct 3.
Commissioner Walker opened the Public Hearing and noted
that since there was no one present to offer commentary for or
against the posting of speed limits, the Public Hearing was
closed.

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing to consider traffic Regulation on various

Alvin W. Jones, County Judge, Absent;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sandie Walker, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Presiding;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Carey Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.

The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary
for and against the proposed naming of a formerly un-named
portion of a road that abuts to Koppe Bridge Road to
Burkhalter Lane. The site is in Precinct 1
Commissioner Walker opened the Public Hearing and noted
that there was no one present to offer commentary. Commis-
sioner Norton explained that this was a spur approximately 300
feet long and traveled parallel to the rail road tracks. He
went on to say that the County had closed the crossing. Since
there was no one present to offer commentary for or against
the naming of the road, the Public Hearing was closed.

The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Public
Hearings held March 13, 1995 at 11:00 a.m and 11:30 a.m. have
been examined and are approved in open Court this the ,
