BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS' COURT MEETING
THE COMMISSIONERS' COURT WILL MEET IN SPECIAL SESSION ON MONDAY,
FEBRUARY 27, 1995 AT 9:00 A.M. IN THE COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM OF THE
BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 115, BRYAN,
TEXAS.
1. Invocation - Commissioner Walker
2. Pledge of Allegiance - Commissioner Walker
3. Consider and take action on Order appointing Claude Davis to sit as
Special Judge for County Court at Law No. 2.
4. Consider and take action on Exemption from Competitive Bidding
Requirements for the following vendors:
a. Sysco Food Services, Inc.
b. White Swan
C. Richters Bakery - Austin Division
d. McLane Food Services
• e. Kraft-Foodservice, Inc.
f. Readfield Meats
g. Scarmardo Produce, Inc.
h. Lilly Dairy Products
5. Consider and take action on acceptance of Warranty Deed from M.S.
Kavanaugh for expansion and improvements to North Dowling Road in
Precinct 1 and to authorize the County Judge to sign the acceptance.
6. Consider and take action on the final plat of Simoneaux Subdivision in
Precinct 4.
7. Consider and take action request from GTE Southwest to install a buried
cable in the right-of-way of Stagecoach Road in Precinct 1.
8. Consider and take action on request from Aquila Southwest Pipeline
Corp to install a natural gas pipeline in White Switch Road in Precinct
1.
9. Consider and take action on preliminary plat of German Acres in
Precinct 1.
10. Consider and take action to set a public hearing on the following :to
a. Speed limits on Weedon Loop in Precinct 3.
b. Naming of unnamed road that abuts Koppe Bridge Road in
Precinct 1.
11. Acknowledge the following reports from the Auditor's Office:
a. FGL110 - General Ledger Sheet - All Funds
b. FGL120 - Statement of Expenditures by Account - All Funds
