Jones, Judge /Z c r' S vo PAGE- 'A nTFr, t w GENERAL TELEPHONE NOTICE OF COMMUNICATION COMPANY LINE INSTALLATION February 1, 1995 TO THE COMMISSIONER'S COURT OF BRAZOS COUNTY ATTENTION COUNTY JUDGE: Al Jones Formal notice is hereby given that GTE will construct a communication line within the right-of-way of a County Road in Brazos-County, Texas as follows: Beginning at the junction of Dick Elliott Road and Xopetsky Lane, 1103' of buried cable will be placed northwest at 5' within the northeast ROW of Dick Elliott Road; then buried cable will continue for 318' at 8' within the northeast ROW of Dick Elliott Road. Bores will be made across the driveways and the creek. The proposed alignment takes into consideration two existing GTE cable in the route and also the trees, in order to minimize clearing. The proposed cable will be buried to a minimum depth of 30". The location and description of this line and associated appurtenances is more fully shown by two copies of drawings attached to this notice. The line will be constructed and maintained on the County Road right-of-way in accordance with governing laws. Notwithstanding any other provision contained herein, it is expressly understood that tender of this notice by GTE does not constitute a waiver, surrender, abandonment or impairment of any property rights, franchise, easement, license, authority, permission, privilege or right now granted by law or may be granted in the future and any provision or provisions so con- strued shall be null and void. Construction of this line will begin in March, 1995.
