HEARING ON ISSUANCE OF PERMITS AND FEES FOR FOOD ESTABLISHMENTS IN

COMMISSIONERS' COURT
PUBLIC HEARING
APRIL 7, 1994
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a
Public Hearing to consider the issuance of permits and fees
for food establishments in the rural areas. The hearing was
held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on
Thursday, April 7, 1994, with the following members of the
Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.
The following citizens and officials were in attendance:
Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant
Steve Gonzales Health Department
Ken Bost Health Department
The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary
for and against the proposed issuance of permits and fees for
food establishments in the rural areas.
The County Judge opened the meeting and noted that there
were no citizens present to offer commentary for or against
the proposed permits and fees. The County Judge then declared
the Public Hearing closed.
