FOR THE PURPOSE OF HOLDING A PUBLIC HEARING ON SPEED LIMIT IN RUSTIC OARS SUBDIVISION AND A STOP SIGN AT RUSTIC OARS DRIVE AND GRASSBUR ROAD. THE MEETING WILL BE HELD IN THE COMMISSIONERS' COURTROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET, SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS. 1 i - • COMMISSIONERS' COURT PUBLIC HEARING OCTOBER 11, 1993 The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a Public Hearing to consider speed limit on Rustic Oaks Subdivision Roads, and a stop sign at Rustic Oaks Drive and Grassbur Road. The meeting was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Monday, October 11, 1993, with the following members of the Court present: R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding; Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent; Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk. The following citizens and officials were in attendance: Ruth McLeod Executive Assistant Bea Green Secretary to Commissioners Bill Thornal Deputy Constable Pct. 7 Phyllis Fahlquist League of Women Voters Karen Fisher League of Women Voters The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary for and against the proposed speed limit in the Rustic Oaks Subdivision and a stop sign at Rustic Oaks Drive and Grassbur Road.
