Consideration of this bid had been tabled from the

From: Allen Hart, Company Representative
Ferguson Burleson County Gas Gathering System
Date: September 2, 1993
Re: Road crossings on Peach Creek Road
Zbruary On 5, 1993 you approved a road crossing on Peach Creek Road for
one (1) 12" steel gas pipeline located 4750' northeast of Peach Creek Cut-off.
We would like to amend this crossing to include two (2) steel gas pipelines,
one (1) 6" and one (1) 8".
~TKne =8, i993~
On June 29, 1993 you approved another road crossing on Peach Creek Road
located 1460" north of state highway 6 for one (1) 18" steel gas pipeline. This
line will not be laid. However, the draft (#4054 dated June 3, 1993 for $500)
has been cashed.
In order to expedite this matter, instead of you issuing a reimbursement check
and me reissuing a new draft, please apply draft 64054 to the additional line
requested in paragraph one.
Attached is the new drawing for the 6" and 8" steel pipelines.
Your cooperation in this matter is greatly appreciated.
