' a , i y h THE FOLLOWING DOCUMENT IS THE BEST IMAGE POSSIBLE DUE TO THE POOR QUALITY OF THE ORIGINAL • rA COMMISSIONERS' COURT PUBLIC HEARING SEPTEMBER 1, 1993 The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas held a Public Hearing to consider Traffic Regulation on a county road pursuant to Section 2.301 of the County Road and Bridge Act, Art. 6702-1 subchapter D, Vernons Civil Statutes. The hearing was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Wednesday, September 1, 1993, with the following members of the Court present: R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding; Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Absent; Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4; Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk. The following citizens and officials were in attendance: Bea Green Secretary to Commissioners Frank Palermo Road & Bridge The purpose of the Public Hearing was to hear commentary for and against the proposed load zoning on Barron Road to 30,000 lbs. with no through truck traffic. In his opening remarks, the County Judge stated that proper notice of the hearing had been given according to law. Since there was no one present to give commentary for or against the proposed load zoning on Hollow Heights Subdivision roads to 30,000 lbs.
