ROOM OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY COURTHOUSE, 300 EAST 26TH STREET,
SUITE 115, BRYAN, TEXAS.
1. Discussion of short and long term plans for Brazos County.

SPECIAL MEETING
JULY 6, 1993
A special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos
County, Texas was held in the Commissioners' Courtroom in the
Courthouse in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 1:30
p.m. on Monday, July 6, 1993, with the following members of
the Court present:
R. J. Holmgreen, County Judge, Presiding;
Gary Norton, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Walter Wilcox, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Randy Sims, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Milton Turner, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Mary Ann Ward, County Clerk.

The Court met in special session to discuss the short and
long term plans for Brazos County. The Court discussed the
following projects:
1. Jail Expansion
2. Juvenile Facility
3. Brazos Center Additional Bay
4. Health Department Parking Lot
5. Brazos Center Parking Lot
6. Solid Waste Sites Throughout County
7. Increase in Road & Bridge Budget
8. Sub Station in College Station for County Clerk, Tax
Office, Justice of the Peace and Constable
9. Courthouse Security
10. Park System
11. Exposition Center for Agriculture
12. Fair Grounds
There being no further business to come before the Court,
the meeting was adjourned.
