Commissioners Court will receive pubic testimony regarding the proposed issuance by
the Colorado Health Facilities Authority of certain revenue bonds in a principal amount
not to exceed $978,895,000 for the benefit of CommonSpirit Health with up to
$12,150,000 of the proceeds thereof to be used to finance or refinance certain projects

Dan Martinez, Attorney with Winstead PC, explained that this Public Hearing is part of
the legal process for a local hospital to go out for bonds. As a formality, the Court will be
required to sign a Resolution during the September 23, 2025 Commissioners Court
Meeting. This will have no impact on the County Budget and the County is under no
obligations with the bonds.
Judge Kacal called for citizen comments. There were no citizens signed up to speak.
General Counsel Bruce Erratt reiterated that this does not have a fiscal impact on the
County's budget. Mr. Martinez then engaged in conversation with the Court.
The Hearing was adjourned at 11:08 a.m.
