Call to Order 2. Consideration and approval of an Order Canvassing Election Returns held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. 3. Adjourn The County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 332, Bryan, Texas is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. Call to Order A Special Called Session of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in room 332 in the Brazos County Administration Building, 200 S. Texas Avenue, Bryan, Texas beginning at 1:00 p.m. on Tuesday, November 14, 2023 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peter, County Judge, Presiding; Steve Aldrich, Commissioner, Precinct 1, Absent; Chuck Konderla, Commissioner, Precinct 2, Absent; Nancy Berry, Commissioner, Precinct 3; Wanda J. Watson, Commissioner, Precinct 4, Absent; Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent. Also present for the meeting were Trudy Hancock, Elections Administrator, Bruce Erratt, General Counsel, and Cheryl Coffman Commissioners Court Executive Assistant. 2. Consideration and approval of an Order Canvassing Election Returns held on Tuesday, November 7, 2023. The Court proceeded to canvass the results of the Special Election held on November 7, 2023. The County Judge read aloud the vote count for each proposition. A copy of the certified election results as tabulated is attached. 3.
