CALLED SESSION AS FOLLOWS:
MEETING DATE: June 9, 2023
MEETING TIME: 4:17 PM
MEETING PLACE: Brazos County Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue, Suite 332, Bryan, TX 77803
1. Call to Order
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to the following:
• Texas Government Code §551.074 to discuss the appointment, employment,
evaluation, or duties of the General Manager position - Exposition Complex &
Brazos Valley Fair.
3. Consider and possible action on Executive Session.
4. Adjourn
The County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 332, Bryan, Texas is wheelchair accessible.
Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be made two vmrking days
before the meeting. To make arrangements, please call (979) 361-4102.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Special Called Session held June 9, 2023, have
been examined and are approved in open Court this the 11th day of Ju12023, in Bryan, Brazos
County, Texas.

SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
Call to Order
A Special Called Session of the Commissioners Court of Brazos County, Texas was
held in room 332 in the Brazos County Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue, Bryan, Texas, beginning at 4:17 pm on Friday, June 9, 2023 with the following
members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Chuck Konderla, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Wanda J. Watson, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
2. Convene into Executive Session pursuant to the following:
• Texas Government Code §551.074 to discuss the appointment, employment,
evaluation, or duties of the General Manager position - Exposition Complex &
Brazos Valley Fair.
At 4:17 p.m. Judge Peters closed the meeting to the public so that the Court could meet
in Executive Session pursuant to Section 551.074 to discuss the appointment,
employment, evaluation, or duties of the General Manager position - Exposition
Complex and Brazos Valley Fair.
The following were asked to attend the Closed Session:
Aubrey Leggett, Administrative Assistant
Ed Bull, Chief of Staff/Civil Counsel
Raeanna McConathy, Human Resources Assistant Director
3. Consider and possible action on Executive Session.
At 7:38 pm, the Judge Peters opened the meeting to the public. There was no action
taken on the Executive Session.
