2. Official Canvass of the results of the Constitutional Amendments held on Saturday, May
7, 2022.

The County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 332, Bryan, Texas is wheelchair accessible.
Handicap parking spaces are available. Any request for sign interpretive services must be made two working days

SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
Call to Order
A Special Called Session of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was
held in room 332 in the Brazos County Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas beginning at 1;30 p.m. on Tuesday, May 17,
2022 with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner, Precinct 1, Late;
Russ Ford, Commissioner, Precinct 2, Late;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner, Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner, Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
Also present for the meeting was Trudy Hancock, Elections Administer and Cheryl
Coffman, Commissioners Court Executive Assistant.
Judge Peters called the meeting to order at 1:30 p.m.
2. Official Canvass of the results of the Constitutional Amendments held on Saturday,
May 7, 2022.
The Court proceeded to canvass the results of the Special Election held on Saturday,
May 7, 2022. The County Judge read aloud the vote count for each proposition as
follows:
