To make arrangements,please call(979)361-4102. va. 3q pg. 214 N'T E Op MINUTES NOVEMBER 4, 2021 BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WORKSHOP SESSION 1. Call to Order The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in the Brazos County Administration Building, Room 332 in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 11:00 a.m. on Thursday, November 4, 2021 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding; Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Russ Ford, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3; 1 rma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4,Absent; Karen McQueen, County Clerk,Absent. Also attending the meeting were Prarthana Banerji, Fred Paine, Daniel Vines and Cheryl Coffman. Judge Peters called the meeting to order at 11:02 a.m. and invited Mr. Paine to begin his presentation. 2. Presentation and discussions regarding the progress on the Brazos County Road and Bridge Engineering Design Guidelines and Subdivision Regulations. Mr. Paine and Mrs. Banerji discussed the corrections and changes to the Brazos County Road and Bridge Engineering Design Guidelines and Subdivision Regulations. Mr. Paine said once they are finished with the updates they will give the Court a copy of the recommended changes to review. He said they would then be available for public review. Mr. Paine said they compared their specifications to those of TXDot, so that they were consistent across the board. Commissioner Berry asked if the regulations would need to be adopted by the Court. Mrs. Banerji said they would get with Civil [Vol. 3qu pg. Counsel to see if they should be voted on or just acknowledged by the Court as guidelines. She added that they want to make sure the guidelines are more uniform for all projects. Mrs. Banerji noted that most of the revisions were to clarify the wording, so that it is not misinterpreted. 3.
