BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
Call to Order
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in
Room 339 in the Brazos County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas
beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Friday, July 9, 2021 with the following members of the Court
present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1 present by Teleconference;
Russ Ford, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Beny, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
1 rma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent
2. Presentation and discussions regarding the 2021-2022 County Budget.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Sessions to discuss and hear
presentations from various County Departments on the county budget for fiscal year
2022.
3. Adjourn
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Workshop Session held July 9, 2021
have been examined and are approved in open Court this the 10th day of AAu ust 2021, in
Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
