BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
1. Call to Order
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in
Room 339 in the Brazos County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas
beginning at 2:30 p.m. on Thursday, July 8, 2021 with the following members of the
Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Absent;
Russ Ford, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent
2. Presentation and discussions regarding the 2021-2022 County Budget.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Sessions to discuss and hear
presentations from various County Departments on the county budget for fiscal year
2022.

WORKSHOP SESSION FOR PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSIONS
REGARDING THE 2021-2022 COUNTY BUDGET.
THE WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON MONDAY, JUNE 21 THROUGH
JULY 9, 2021 AND JULY 22 THROUGH JULY 30, 2021 BEGINNING AT 8:00
