BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
REGULAR MEETING
A regular meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in the
Brazos County Commissioners Courtroom in the Administration Building, 200 South
Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Tuesday,
April 20, 2021 with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Present by Teleconference;
Russ Ford, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Present by Teleconference;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in
attendance.
1. Invocation and Pledge of Allegiance
-U.S. and Texas Flag - Commissioner Aldrich
Judge Peters led the prayer and pledges in place of Commissioner Aldrich.
2. Call for Citizen input and/or concerns
Jim Wall, David McWhorter, John Babin and Mario Rodriguez are property owners on
Jack Creek Road that came to discuss their thoughts on the County's obligation to pave
their road . Mr. Wall initially purchased his property on an unpaved road and he states
that later a verbal agreement with Brazos County was made to eventually pave it.
According to Mr. Wall, upon an assessment by Bill Thornton,Al Jones and Richard
Vance the County did make immediate improvements such as clearing and putting rock
on the road. Mr. Wall and the other property owners are asking the County to honor the

aforementioned verbal agreement to now pave the road. It was indicated that a majority
of the property owners would be willing to give up some of their land for the right-of-way
needed to accomplish this. Commissioner Ford also recently met with the property
owners to discuss the matter. Mario Rodriguez reiterated that they would be willing to
cooperate with the County to resolve the issue.

3. Request from the Treasurer's Office for Indemnification of$2889.03 due to fraud.
These funds are requested to come from the contingency fund.

4. Approval of the Extension of Declaration of Disaster from April 14, 2021.
Leslie Contreras, Risk Manager, gave an update on the damage sustained during the
hailstorm on April 8, 2021, in addition to the damage already caused by the hailstorm in
May of 2020. Facilities Services performed emergency repairs to the Administration
Building, Information Technology Building and Health District Building in order to
mitigate any further damage from inclement weather. There was also damage to Fleet
Services and the Maintenance Building skylights. The Expo Complex and Jail were
among some of the other buildings affected by the storm. The HVAC units at the Expo
Complex were damaged. There were one hundred and eleven vehicles damaged. Fifty-
four are covered by insurance but fifty-seven are not. Mrs. Contreras stated that eighteen
of the fifty-seven not covered by insurance will need to be repaired and the County
should have an estimate for those vehicles by the end of the day on April 20, 2021. They
are still in the process of assessing the damage but no more emergency remediation is
expected at this time.

5. Approval for payment of claim to Marce Martinez in the amount of$399.99 for vehicle
window repairs. Window was shattered with a rock during lawn maintenance by county
landscape crew.

6. Approval of Assignment for vendor name change for Contract#19-093 from L3 Security
& Detection Systems to Leidos Security Detection &Automation, Inc.
A copy of the service contract is attached.

7. Award of Bid #21-125 for Landscape Maintenance. Recommend award to Green
Teams, Inc.
The Court voted unanimously to accept the recommendation of the Purchasing Agent
and awarded Bid Contract 21-125 for Landscape Maintenance to Green Teams, Inc.A
copy of the bid tabulation is attached.

8. Approval to grant access to several Brazos County maintained roadways to The Texas

and end at Kyle Field.

13. Juvenile Director's report on detention population.
Juvenile Director Linda Ricketson reported there are 30 juveniles in the detention center,
24 are male and 6 are female, and 20 have electronic monitors. There are 10 youth in
isolation as per medical protocol for new intakes.
14. Sheriffs report on inmate population.
Sheriff Wayne Dicky stated there were 543 inmates in jail, 504 inmates are male and 39
are female, 37 have electronic monitors and 4 are pending for monitors. There are no
inmates positive for COVI D-19. There are 4 staff members out for COVI D-19 medical
protocols.
15. Announcement of interest items and possible future agenda topics.
Commissioner Ford commended the Brazos County Vaccination HUB for their work in
getting ahead of the demand for COVI D-19 vaccinations. He stated that if you want to
get vaccinated, now is the time to do it. Judge Peters added that the HUB is taking walk-
ins at this time. Commissioner Berry went on to thank Facilities Services for all of their
hard work in remediating the County buildings after the hailstorm on April 8, 2021.

PUBLIC COMMENTS
Public Comment during the Commission Meeting may be for all matters,both on and off the agenda,and be limited to four
minutes per person. Persons are invited to submit comments in writing on the agenda items and/or attend and make comment at
the Commission meeting.Members of the public are reminded that the Brazos County Commissioners Court is a Constitutional
Court,with both judicial and legislative powers,created under Article V,Section 1 and Section 18 of the Texas Constitution.As a
Constitutional Court,the Brazos County Commissioners Court also possesses the power to issue a Contempt of Court Citation
under Section 81.024 of the Texas Local Government Code.Accordingly,members of the public in attendance at any Regular,
Special and/or Emergency meeting of the Court shall conduct themselves with proper respect and decorum in speaking to,
and/or addressing the Court;in participating in public discussions before the Court;and in all actions in the presence of the
Court.Those members of the public who are inappropriately attired and/or who do not conduct themselves in an orderly and
appropriate manner will be ordered to leave the meeting. Refusal to abide by the Court's Order and/or continued disruption of
the meeting may result in a Contempt of Court Citation.
It is not the intention of the Brazos County Commissioners Court to provide a public forum for the demeaning of any individual or
group.Neither is it the intention of the Court to allow a member(or members)of the public to insult the honesty and/or integrity
of the Court,as a body,or any member or members of the Court,or County employees,individually or collectively.Accordingly,
profane,insulting or threatening language directed toward the Court and/or any person in the Court's presence and/or racial,
ethnic or gender slurs or epithets will not be tolerated.Violation of these rules may result in the following sanctions:
1.cancellation of a speaker's time;
2.removal from the Commissioners Court;
3.a Contempt Citation;and/or
4.such other and/or criminal sanctions as may be authorized
under the Constitution,Statutes and Codes of the State of Texas.
The County Commissioners Court can deliberate or take action only if a matter has been listed on an agenda properly posted
prior to the meeting.During the public comment period,speakers may address matters not listed on the published agenda.The
Open Meeting Law does not expressly prohibit responses to public comments by the Commissioners Court.However,responses
from the County Judge or Commissioners to unlisted public comment topics could become deliberation on a matter without
notice to the public.To ensure the public has notice of all matters the Commissioners Court will consider,the County Judge
and/or Commissioners may choose not to respond to public comments,except to correct factual inaccuracies,recite existing
policy in response to an inquiry or to ask that a matter be listed on a future agenda.See Texas Open Meetings Act Section
551.042.
INVOCATION
Any invocation that may be offered before the official start of the Court meeting shall be to and for the benefit of the Court.The
views or beliefs expressed by the invocation speaker have not been previously reviewed or approved by the Court and do not
necessarily represent the religious beliefs or views of the Court in part or as a whole. No member of the community is required
to attend or participate in the invocation and such decision will have no impact on their right to actively participate in the
business of the Court.

OF THE BRAZOS COUNTY TREASURER
WHEREAS,the County of Brazos is a political subdivision of the State bf Texas, and
WHEREAS,the Texas Local Government Code §157.903 authorizes the County of
Brazos to indemnify its elected or appointed county officers against personal liability for
the loss of county funds, or loss of or damage to personal property, incurred by the officer
in the performance of official duties if the loss was not the result of the officer's
negligence or criminal action,and
WHEREAS,the County of Brazos finds it appropriate to indemnify, defend and hold

Extension of Declaration of Disaster
WHEREAS,on the 14''day of April 2021, the County Judge issued a proclamation declaring a
state of disaster for Brazos County resulting from the recent hail storm on April 8, 2021.
WHEREAS,the County Judge's Declaration can only last(7) days as a matter of law and the
state of disaster continues to exist at this time;
WHEREAS,the County Judge and Commissioners Court of Brazos County have determined
that extraordinary measures must continue to be taken to alleviate the suffering of people and to
protect or rehabilitate property;
NOW,THEREFORE,BE IT DECLARED BY.THE COMMISSIONERS COURT OF
THE COUNTY OF BRAZOS:
1. That a local state of disaster is hereby declared throughout Brazos County pursuant to
Section 418.108(a) of the Texas Government Code.
2. Pursuant to Section 418.108(b) of the Government Code, the state of disaster shall
continue for a period of not more than thirty (3 0) days from the date of this declaration,
and expire on May 20, 2021, unless continued or renewed by the Brazos County
Commissioners Court.
3. Pursuant to Section 418.108(c)of the Government Code,this declaration of a local state of
disaster and public health emergency shall be given prompt and general publicity and shall
be filed promptly with the County Clerk.
4. Pursuant to Section 418.108(d) of the Texas Government Code, this declaration of a local
state of disaster and public health emergency does not activate Brazos County's Emergency
Management Plan.
5. Pursuant to the authority granted under the laws of the State of Texas, this declaration
authorizes Brazos County to take any actions necessary to promote health and suppress
disease,including transferring funds and arranging for immediate emergency repairs to the
buildings.

For and in consideration of the payment to me at this time of the sum of 5399.99.(Three
hundred, ninety nine dollars and ninety nine cents), the receipt of which is hereby,
acknowledged, I, Marce Martinez , being of lawful age do hereby release, acquit and
forever discharge Brazos County.,and all other persons,firms and corporations who might
be liable of and from any and all actions, causes of action, claims, demands, damages,

known and unknown damage rendered prior to or after April 13, 2021.

or statements regarding said damage, or regarding any other matters, made by the

AGREEMENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF 19.093 X-RAY SCANNER
MAINTENANCE
The parties to this AGREEMENT TO THE ASSIGNMENT AND ASSUMPTION OF CONTRACT
("Contract") are Brazos County, a political subdivision of the State of Texas (") and Leidos Security
Detection&Automation, Inc. ("Assignee").
WHEREAS, L3 Security& Detection Systems, Inc.transferred,sold and conveyed to Assignee on
May 4,2020 the business known as the L3 Security&.Detection Systems,Inc.located in Woburn,Middlesex
County, Massachusetts(the"Assignor"); and
WHEREAS, in connection with Assignee's purchase of L3 Security&Detection Systems, Inc.from
Assignor, Assignee purchased the Contract, and all of the rights, benefits and privileges of Assignor
thereunder; and
WHEREAS, Assignor shall continue to be responsible for the discharge or performance of any
duties or obligations to be performed or discharged under the Contract_by the Assignee during the term of
the Contract; and
WHEREAS, the Assignee assumes and agrees to perform all of the terms, covenants and
conditions of the Contract required to be performed from and after the date hereof.
NOW, THEREFORE, for the good and valuable consideration stated herein, Purchaser and
Assignee agree as follows:
1. Assignee hereby accepts agrees to assume and perform all the duties and obligations to be
performed by the Assignee under the Contract to the same extent as if Assignee had originally
been named as the Vendor in that Contract.
2. Assignee hereby agrees to indemnify and hold harmless Purchaser from and against any and all
loss, cost or expense (including,without limitation, reasonable attorneys'fees)resulting by reason
of Assignee's failure to perform any of the obligations of Assignor under the Contract after the
effective date hereof. All of the covenants, terms and conditions set forth herein shall be binding
upon and shall inure to the benefit of the parties hereto and their respective heirs, executors,
administrators, personal representatives,successors and assigns.

ANNUAL EQUIPMENT HARDWARE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT TERMS AND CONDITIONS

1. Cross Indemnification: L3 Security&Detection Systems Inc.,hereinafter referred to as Seller, shall Indemnify,defend and hold Buyer harmless from and
against any losses,damages,expenses,liabilities,and costs arising out of the negligence of Seiler,its employees,or agents in performing services under this
Agreement. Buyer shall indemnify,defend and hold Seller harmless from and against any losses,damages,expenses,liabilities,and costs arising out of the
negligence of Buyer,its employees,or agents with respect to the use or operation of the System.
2. Cancellation during the contract oerlod: If Buyer cancels this Agreement pursuant to Section three(3)or If newly purchased equipment supplied by Seller
replaces the equipment under this contract,Buyer may cancel this contract without charge by giving written notice to Seller. In the case of a cancellation for any
other reason,Buyer must provide Seller ninety(90)days'prior written notice of cancellation or pay Seller 25%of any remaining annual contract fee as liquidated
damages. Seller also reserves the right to cancel this Agreement without penalty if Buyer is in default and falls to cure within 30 days following receipt of written
notice of default
3. Cancellation for cause: Buyer retains the right to cancel this contract immediately and without advance notice to Seller should Seller's services be unsatisfactory
in quality or should Seller fail to perform in accordance with the statement of services for any reason within Seller's control. In the event of such cancellation,
Buyer will notify Seller in writing. Buyer will pay only for the services rendered up to the date that Seller receives the written cancellation notice.
4. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY: REGARDLESS OF THE LEGAL OR EQUITABLE BASIS OF ANY CLAIM,IN NO EVENT WILL SELLER BE LIABLE FOR m ANY
SPECIAL,INDIRECT,INCIDENTAL OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES,INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION,ANY DAMAGES RESULTING FROM INACCURATE OR
LOST DATA,LOSS OF USE OR LOSS OF REVENUES OR PROFITS,ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THIS AGREEMENT OR ANY ORDER,THE FURNISHING OF
PRODUCTS AND SERVICES OR THE USE OR PERFORMANCE OF PRODUCTS OR SERVICES,EVEN IF INFORMED OF SUCH DAMAGES, OR(ii)FOR ANY THIRD
PARTY CLAIMS AGAINST CUSTOMER.SELLER'S MAXIMUM LIABILITY UNDER ANY ORDER,INCLUDING LIABILITY ARISING OUT OF PRODUCTS DELIVERED,
SERVICES PERFORMED OR FROM SELLER'S NEGLIGENCE OR OTHER ACTS OR OMISSIONS,WILL BE LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT PAID TO SELLER FOR THE
PRODUCTS AND/OR SERVICES GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM.
5. Alterations: Buyer shall have the right to request that systems be returned to service coverage an a pro-rated basis. Prior to systems being returned to
service coverage all systems are subject to billable pre-inspection services to be performed by the Seiler. The Seller's prevailing standard service rates shall
be used to calculate the pre-inspection services.
6. Software: Unless otherwise expressly agreed in writing to the contrary,all technical specifications,software,technical information,source code,drawings,and/or
Data provided to Buyer by the Seller,or used by the Seller in updating,upgrading or performing repairs to the Buyer's equipment,shall remain the sole property
of the Seller. Any use of said data and software shall constitute use under a limited use license only. This License is expressly limited to the functionality of
individual items of Seller equipment previously purchased by the Buyer.
7. Exclusions:Contractual coverage shall not apply to any equipment,spare parts,or services that are:(a)repaired,moved or modified other than by Sellers
authorized personnel;or(b)subjected to physical or electrical abuse,stress,or misuse;or(c)stored,operated,modified,or maintained in a manner inconsistent
with applicable Seiler Instructions and specifications. No third party agents,regardless of affiliation or former affillation with Seller,retain the rights to perform
service actions under this contract Also excluded from this contract are parts, materials,and other ancillary equipment which have been damaged due to
improper handling;power surges,exposure to the elements of extreme heat,extreme cold,moisture;acts of nature such as rain,sleet,snow,earthquakes,
lightning,hurricane, etc.;equipment failures resulting from installation or operation or use in any manner not in accordance with Seller instructions;failures
resulting from installation or operation or use in any manner not in accordance with Seller instructions;equipment damage due to misuse or abuse(through
negligence,accident,or vandalism);erroneous reports by Buyer of equipment failures;and equipment which has been repaired or modified without the written
approval of Seller.
8. Accessories and Attachments:Service actions performed by Seller under this contract will not include maintenance or repair of accessories,attachments,
machines,or other similar devices not originally supplied or provided by Seiler, painting or refinishing of equipment or providing such painting or refinishing
materials;or furnishing supplies,accessories,or other similar devices except as specifically required for equipment repair or maintenance.
9. Special Cancellation:The specific equipment covered by this contract shall be serviced as needed and all required spare parts shall be provided unless stock is
no longer available due to end of life Issues. Seller shall make a best commercial effort to support this equipment during the contractual period and make
provisions for end of life parts.Should services be required and spare parts are no longer available,Seller shall make a best commercial effort to render Buyer's
equipment back into operating condition. if Seller is unable to bring the up to operating condition, the affected equipment shall then be removed from the
remainder of the contract and a pro-rated credit for the balance of the present contract tern shall be issued. Credits shall be sent out within thirty(30)days of
cancellation. Also,the affected equipment shall not be included in future contract renewals or during any remaining optional years.
10. Taxes:This quotation does not include taxes. Taxes levied against Seller as a result of products offered or sold hereunder and any services rendered in
connection therewith,including but not limited to installation or maintenance would be additional cost and shall be reimbursable by Purchaser upon submittal of
supporting documentation of such costs.
11. Acceptance of Buyer's Terms and Conditions:_ Any resultant Contract/Purchase Order with Terns and Conditions other than these shall not be accepted
without notice provided to Buyer accepting all or a portion of the Buyer's Terns and Conditions. Estimates are calculated under these Terms and Conditions
and pricing may change for compliance with alternative Terms and Conditions as well as the schedule.
12. Brazos County Purchasing Department Addendum No.1 to 19-093 is hereby incorporated by reference. 19-093 is an internal Brazos County reference number
related to Seller proposal number S-02-03-2019-3YR.

ANNUAL EQUIPMENT HARDWARE MAINTENANCE CONTRACT STATEMENT OF WORK

1. Response Time: L3 Security&Detection Systems Inc.,hereinafter referred to as Seller,will provide response as soon as possible to requests for equipment
service from Buyer's authorized representative. 8-hour Seller response time will be typical in geographical locations where Seller has resident service
engineers. 24-hour Seller response time will be typical in geographical locations where Seller does not have resident service engineers. Seller does not
warrant that the use of equipment will be uninterrupted or error free.
2. Seller Responsibilities: As applicable to the speck maintenance contract schedule,service actions performed by Seller will include all parts,materials,and
labor required to adjust,maintain,repair,or restore the equipment to proper operating condition in accordance with the manufacturer's specifications. Sellerwill
not perforin any modifications to the equipment without Buyer's written approval. Seller will perform all service actions at the equipment site whenever possible
and practical. Seller will perform all service actions with the least possible interference or disruption to the orderly conduct of Buyer's normal operations. Upon
the completion of service,Seller will leave Buyer's premises in as neat,orderly,and clean condition as ebsted upon start of services. Seller will be responsible
for obtaining all air side passes,work permits,clearances,and required licenses. Seller will be responsible for compliance with all laws,codes,rules,and
regulations applicable to services performed under this contract. Seller will not transfer or assign its obligations under this contract,either in whole or in part,
without the prior written approval of Buyer.
3. Buyer Responsibilities: Buyer will provide adequate facilities for Seller's personnel. The facilities will include adequate workspace,heat,lighting,ventilation,
proper electrical current,and earth grounded electrical outlets. The facilities will be located within a reasonable distance from the equipment being serviced and
will be provided by Buyer at no cost to Seller. Seller will not be responsible for Buyer's failure to provide prompt access to the equipment or to adequate
facilities.
4. Additional Services: Upon agreement between Buyer and Seller,Seller may perform additional services beyond Seller's obligations under this contract. Such
services may include,but are not limited to,equipment installation,relocation,and re-installation. All such services,when performed,will be invoiced to Buyer
in accordance with Seller's prevailing standard service rate schedule.
5. Service Call Report(SCR): Upon completion of service,Seller's service engineer will submit the SCR to Buyer's authorized representative. The SCR will
itemize the service actions performed. Buyer's authorized representative will be provided with a copy of the completed and signed SCR. Should Buyer fail to
have an authorized representative on site for any reason upon completion of Seller's services,the lack of Buyer's authorized representative's signature on the
SCR will not be a basis for claiming that unsatisfactory service was provided by Seller.
6. Spare Parts and Materials: Ali spare parts and materials provided and or replaced by the Seller, regardless if they are new;factory refurbished, rebuilt,
restored,renovated or reconditioned,shall be warranted for ninety(90)days from the date of installation. Seller reserves the right to use Like-IQnd-Quality spare
parts and materials including new,factory refurbished,rebuilt,restored,renovated or reconditioned items. Any use of alternate spare parts and materials shall
have no effect on the Forth, Fit,and Function of said parts and materials and shall be warranted for ninety(90)days from the date of installation, or the
remaining life of the contract,whichever is longer.
7. Annual Preventative Maintenance for X-ray Systems: Listed below are the procedures that our technicians perform during the annual contract period.

Governing Law and Venue:
This addendum is to add more information to contract#19-093.
This contract is governed by the laws of the State of Texas,specifically, the requirements of the
County.Purchasing Act, Texas Local Government Code, §262.021 et seq., as amended. Vendor
shall comply with all applicable federal, state and Iocal laws and regulations. Vendor is further
advised that these requirements shall be fully governed by the laws of the State of Texas and that
Brazos County may request and rely on advice, decisions and opinions of the Attorney General
of Texas and Brazos County Attorney concerning and portion of these requirements. Potential
vendors are advised they may have disclosure requirement pursuant to Texas Local Government
Code,Chapter 176. This law requires persons desiring to do business with the County to disclose
any gifts that have an aggregate value in excess of$250.00 given to any employee of the County,
County Official to the County Official's family members or employment of any employee of the
County, County Official or the County Official's family members during the preceding twelve
(12) month period. The disclosure questionnaire must be filed with the Brazos County Clerk.
Refer to Texas Local Government Code, Chapter 176 for the details of this law. Bidder
understands that Brazos County is a government subject to Texas State and Federal public
information statutes. Venue shall lie exclusively in Brazos County, Texas, notwithstanding
anything to the contrary
Insurance Requirements:
The vendor shall instruct his insurance agent or carrier to furnish to the County a Certificate of
Insurance attesting to the issuance of the foIIowing parts of this section. Please note that such
Certificates of Insurance and any required bonds must be issued and then approved by Brazos
County Risk Management.The Certificate of Insurance must be approved by Risk Management
before any deliveries can be made.

The vendor shall furnish and keep in full force the following insurance during the term of this
Contract:
a. Statutory Workmen's Compensation and $1,000,000 Employer's Liability
Insurance with a blanket waiver of subrogation endorsement.
b. Commercial General Liability with limits for bodily injury and for property
damages of not less than$2,000,000 aggregate,$1,000,000 each occurrence with
Brazos County included as an additional insured under blanket endorsement and
blanket waiver of subrogation endorsement.
c. Business Automotive Liability with $1,000,000 CSL for Bodily Injury and
Property Damage Liability.
d. Cargo Insurance to sufficiently cover materials transported.
All of the aforementioned policies and Certificates of Insurance should be issued immediately
after the Bidder receives notification of award.
The vendor agrees to release and hold harmless Brazos County from any and all claims and
liability due to the acts of the vendor's employees and the operation of his equipment. The
Vendor also agrees to hold harmless Brazos County from any and all expenses,including attorney
fees, incurred by Brazos County in litigation or otherwise resisting such claims or liabilities as a
result of the vendor's employees' activities. Further, the Vendor agrees to protect, indemnify
and hold harmless Brazos County from and against all claims, demands and causes of action of
every kind and character brought by any employees of the vendor against Brazos County due to
personal injuries and/or death to such employee resulting from any neglect act, by either
commission or omission on the part of the vendor or Brazos County.
This addendum should be signed by an authorized representative of the respondent and returned with
the bid documents as specified in the bid.

To Whom It May Concern,
The Texas MS 150 bicycle event,postponed due to Covid-19,has been redesigned as a single day ride planned for May 1,
2021.The Texas NIS Bike Event is the first time Texas ACS has been a single day event.On Saturday,May 1st riders will
depart from Houstin and LaGrange on the way to Kyle Field at Texas A&V University. The event will take place across
multiple cities and Counties including Brazos.
The TX MS Bike Ride will be a rules of the Road Ride.While fully supported wide signs and Law Enforcement andMedical Staff.The event will follow a State Stamped Traffic Control Plan.
The Texas IVIS Bike is part of the nationwide Bike MS series.The fundraising cycling series of the National MS Society and
raises more money than any other cycling event for any other cause.To date,Bike NfS cyclists,volunteers,and donors have
raised more than$1.3 billion to stop j'vfS in its tracks,restore what's been lost,and end MS forever.

The Texas MS Ride is working with all applicable State and Local Agencies to produce the event in strict accordance with all
regulations. Participant safety is our paramount concern.The entire route will be staffed by sworn Law Enforcement Officers.
These are all coordinated by the event lazy enforcement coordinator,John Miller. All signs,detours,and lanes designated in
the Traffic Control Plan will be set by Friday 4/30/21 and removed by Monday 5/3/21.The route will also include
comprehensive medical ELMS and EMT support.There will be a comprehensive Emergency Management Plan which will be
submitted for review prior to the event.The ride uses Support and Gear(SAG) vans to assist riders along the way.All event
related communications are processed by the event Command Center in College Station.
We will monitor all parameters constantly_Weather policy is rain or shine.If there is a condition that warrants further action,
the decision will be relayed from Event Command to all ride Staff and Volunteers.We can also reroute,shorten and modify
the event at any time as needed.
