BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
WORKSHOP SESSION
1. Call to Order
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in the
Brazos County Administration Building, Suite 339 in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Tuesday, July 28, 2020 with the following members of the
Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Chuck Konderla, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley,_ Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent
2. Presentation and discussions regarding the 2020-2021 County Budget.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Session to discuss the county budget for
fiscal year 2021. Kristy Roe, Tax Assessor and Collector reported preliminary rates for
revenue and maintenance and operations. The Commissioners Court also discussed a
new bond issue.
3. Adjourn
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Workshop Session held July_28
2020 have been examined and are approved in open Court this the 4th day ofAte,
2020, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas.
