WORKSHOP SESSION
Call to Order
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in a Workshop Session in
Room 339 in the Brazos County Administration Building in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas,
beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Wednesday, June 24, 2020 with the following members of
the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Chuck Kondeda, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent
Others present were Mark Grierson, Brenda Cos, Irene Jett, Nina Payne, Jennifer
Salazar, Amy Bates, Ed Bull, and Bruce Erratt. Katie Conner, Cheryl Coffman and
Candy Gallego were present by teleconference.
2. Presentation and discussions regarding the 2020-2021 County Budget.
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Sessions to discuss and hear
presentations regarding the county budget for fiscal year 2021.
