BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT
SPECIAL CALLED SESSION
I. Call to Order
A Special Called Session of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was
held in suite 106 in the Brazos County Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:00 a.m. on Thursday, April 30,
2020 with the following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1, Present by Teleconference;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2, Present by Teleconference;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3, Absent;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent.
The attached sheets contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in
attendance.
2. Payment of Claims
Claims 8025225 - 8025338
Judge Peters explained the reason for the meeting is to approve claims before
switching from Finance Plus to Oracle.
County Auditor Katie Conner said May 19, 2020 will be the next time claims are
approved.
Motion: Approve, Moved by Commissioner Steve Aldrich, Seconded by Commissioner
Vol. Pg --JRA--.
Sammy Catalena. Passed. 3-0. Ayes: Aldrich, Catalena, Peters. Absent: Berry; Cauley.
