THE BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT WILL CONDUCT
WORKSHOP SESSIONS FOR PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSIONS
REGARDING THE FY 2020-2021 COUNTY BUDGET.
THE WORKSHOPS WILL BE CONDUCTED ON MONDAY, MARCH 16,
2020 BEGINNING AT 10:30 AM AND CONTINUING THROUGH
WEDNESDAY, MARCH 18, 2020 IN ROOM 339 OF THE BRAZOS
COUNTY ADMINISTRATION BUILDING, 200 SOUTH TEXAS AVENUE,
BRYAN, TEXAS.

WORKSHOP SESSION
March 16, 2020 — March 18, 2020
The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in Workshop
Sessions in Room 339 of the County Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 10:30 a.m. on Monday,
March 16, 2020 and continuing through Wednesday, March 18, 2020 with the
following members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1, present by phone;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk; Absent
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Sessions to discuss the
county budget for fiscal year 2021.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Workshop Session held March 16-
18, 2020, have been examined and are approved in open Court this the 7th day of April,
2020, in Bryan, Br ty, Texas.
