WORKSHOP SESSION FOR PRESENTATIONS AND DISCUSSIONS
REGARDING THE 2017-2018 COUNTY BUDGET.
THE WORKSHOP WILL BE CONDUCTED ON MONDAY, 19 JUNE 2017

The Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas met in Workshop
Sessions in Room 339 of the County Administration Building, 200 South Texas
Avenue in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 8:00 a.m. on Monday,
June 19, 2017 and continuing through Friday, July 07, 2017 with the following
members of the Court present:
Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding;
Steve Aldrich, Commissioner of Precinct 1;
Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2;
Nancy Berry, Commissioner of Precinct 3;
Irma Cauley, Conunissioner of Precinct 4;
Karen McQueen, County Clerk; Absent
The Commissioners Court met in Workshop Sessions to discuss and hear
presentations from various County Departments regarding the county budget for
fiscal year 2018.
The foregoing minutes of the Commissioners Court Workshop Sessions held June 19 —
July 7, 2017, have been examined and are approved in open Court this then day of
