Texas Ave., Suite 332, Bryan, Texas 1. Call to Order 2. Official Canvass of the results of the General Election held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. 3. Adjourn The County Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, Suite 332, Bryan, Texas is wheelchair accessible. Handicap parking spaces are available. MINUTES NOVEMBER 21, 2016 BRAZOS COUNTY COMMISSIONERS COURT SPECIAL CALLED SESSION Call to Order A Special meeting of the Commissioners' Court of Brazos County, Texas was held in Suite 332 of the Administration Building, 200 South Texas Avenue, in Bryan, Brazos County, Texas, beginning at 9:00 a.m. on Monday, November 21, 2016 with the following members of the Court present: Duane Peters, County Judge, Presiding; Lloyd Wassermann, Commissioner of Precinct 1; Sammy Catalena, Commissioner of Precinct 2; Kenny Mallard, Commissioner of Precinct 3; Irma Cauley, Commissioner of Precinct 4, Absent; Karen McQueen, County Clerk, Absent. The attached sheet contain the names of the citizens and officials that were in attendance. The County Judge called the meeting to order at 9:00 a.m. 2. Official Canvass of the results of the General Election held on Tuesday, November 8, 2016. The Court proceeded to canvass the results of the General Election held November 8, 2016. The County Judge read aloud the vote count for each. On motion by Commissioner Catalena, seconded by Commissioner Wassermann, the Court voted unanimously to accept as true the county -wide totals as tabulated by the County's automated tabulating equipment and ordered the results to be certified to the Secretary of State and recorded in the Official Election Records of Brazos County. A copy of the election results as tabulated is attached hereto.. F�Pg. 2s� - Motion: Approve, Moved by Commissioner Sammy Catalena, Seconded by Commissioner LLoyd Wassermann. Passed. 4-0.
